Mary is a global Human Resource Management and Organizational Development professional and has over 20 years’ experience in diverse, multicultural and international environments.

As well as acting as a Strategic Business Partner for Smarter EQ, Mary is the Managing Partner for INGENIO Capital and has worked across a broad spectrum of industry sectors such as Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, IT, Health, Education, Government advising and influencing line management positions up to board level.  Her experience is focused on leadership and organizational development, learning and development, coaching, talent management, performance management, resourcing, reward, localization as well as HR Business Partnering.

A Master Facilitator committed to lifelong learning, she is a Gestalt OD Practitioner, an IFC-LPI TPMA Certified Trainer, an Insights Discovery Practitioner and an ILM Certified Training & Development Professional. Mary is excited about partnering with organizations to help them unleash their full potential.

Mario is an International Organisational Transformation Director with over 15 years’ experience in leading international corporations through complex development programs. He’s multilingual and able to inspire individuals, teams and organisations in English, French and Spanish.

Mario has numerous qualifications in executive coaching and organisational development. He’s certified in the use of the Leadership Circle and NTL Organisational Development. He’s also a Six Sigma Green Belt, a recognised agile practitioner, and he’s certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Because of his varied background and his graceful, easy-going nature, Mario specialises in building bridges across different cultures, contexts, and levels of seniority. Roshni is a Certified Risk Management Professional with extensive experience in the advisory, assurance, managed healthcare, higher education and global pharmaceutical sectors.  She’s renowned for her astute and innovative approach to finding and fixing the core issues impacting business sustainability.

Thanks to her varied career, she’s developed deep expertise in finance, strategy, risk management, investor relations, and corporate governance. On top of all this, she’s an experienced Chartered Accountant CA(SA) and able to blend her expertise with the associated human dynamics’ dimension.

As well as acting as a Strategic Business Partner for Smarter EQ, Roshni is the founder and Managing Director of StratAstute Consulting. She also holds numerous independent non-executive director positions in both the healthcare and managed healthcare sectors.  Roshni is a trusted business mentor to business leaders.
