My Approach To Organisation Development

I’m more than an Organisation Development Consultant. I’m also a Chartered Accountant CA(SA). That means I have both the theoretical and practical knowledge of how businesses function. My uniquely varied career has given me deep insights into how each of us fulfil our personal and career aspirations.

I understand people and I understand business. I offer the best of both worlds – advanced OD insights and astute commercial thinking.
